Being a woman and the sole owner of the company I believe it gives us that extra touch of both professionalism and quality.

Over the years I have always enjoyed long lasting professional relationships with promoters and event coordinators.

 

 

That is our motto. We provide only the finest quality foods at special events around the US. No event is to big or to small. We are very diverse specializing in BBQ at rodeos of 3,000 to being one of the largest seafood vendors at the National Shrimp Festival where crowds exceed 250,000. We take great pride in participating and serving out military at Airshows on both bases and civilian airports.
